Sometimes, even with high-quality photos or videos, we cannot adequately assess these elements to make a precise estimate.
(Occasionally, we also discover that the current concrete is unstable and unsuitable for Rock Solid Epoxy. In such instances, rather than covering the concrete, it should be replaced.)
